Team-building:
the personality test that brings your team together
The essential tool for managing a stronger team
A team that understands itself works better together
In half a day, each member discovers their profile, the team sees its strengths and blind spots, and leaves with a concrete action plan to reach your goals.
The positive SETI® wheel: where the team is naturally at ease.
Sound like your team?
A brand-new team
New manager, merger or new hires: you need a common language, fast.
The same tensions keep coming back
Two colleagues don't understand each other, and neither is wrong. They simply have opposite ways of working.
Change meets resistance
Reorganisation, new project, transformation: teams get stuck. Understanding each person's personality helps remove that resistance.
