What is BeHave Compass®?
An online professional personality test. It measures attitudes and behaviours, not IQ, and produces a 3-part report: innate profile, professional profile and stress profile.
How long does the test take?
20 minutes on average. The questionnaire asks you to rank your preferences: it's best to answer spontaneously, based on who you are rather than who you'd like to be.
Are there bad profiles?
No. Every trait has its strengths and watch-outs. An extroverted person, for example, connects easily with others but may find it harder to stay focused for long.
Why can results change from one test to the next?
The innate profile varies little, by 15% on average. The professional profile reflects how the person adapts to their role at the time of the test: it evolves with the context.
Are the results confidential?
Yes, everyone receives their individual profile. In a team workshop, only the team summary is shared, and each participant decides what they reveal.
Can it be used for recruitment?
Yes. The profile highlights a candidate's soft skills in relation to the role. It complements the CV and interview without replacing them.
