The programme

Your BeHave Compass® certification path

2 days of theory, 2 days to master the debrief, 1 certification day.

  1. Before the training

    Online

    You take your own BeHave Compass® test.

  2. Theory: innate profile and professional profile

    In person

    BPS® (your intrinsic personality) and SETI® (your professional personality).

  3. Theory: stress profile and connecting the 3 parts

    In person

    Warnings® (what breaks communication under stress), then the links between BPS®, SETI® and Warnings®. In the afternoon, you start on the debrief.

  4. Review and launch your 10 tests

    Intersession · 2 months

    Review with 3 e-learning modules and send your 10 test links to the people you want to debrief for practice.

    Included: 10 BeHave Compass® profiles

  5. Prepare your debriefs

    In person

    We prepare you to debrief your 10 people's profiles.

  6. Master the debrief

    In person

    Debrief method and role-plays in pairs, so you feel at ease with every profile.

  7. Debrief your 10 people

    Intersession · 2 months

    Put it into practice in real situations, supervised by the trainer. A 50-question quiz checks your knowledge before the certification.

  8. Debrief presentation and certification

    In person

    You present a debrief to the trainer (45 min), then receive your certificate and set up your space on the BeHave platform.

Are there any prerequisites?

None. You simply take your own BeHave Compass® test before the training.

How are the 5 days organised?

Days 1 and 2: the theory of the model.
2-month intersession: review e-learning and sending your 10 tests.
Days 3 and 4: mastering the debrief on your 10 people's profiles.
2-month intersession: debriefing your 10 people.
Day 5: the certification.

How is the certification assessed?

With a 50-question quiz 2 weeks before the final day, then by presenting a debrief to the trainer (45 min per person). 98% of participants pass their certification.

Is BeHave a certified training provider?

Yes. BeHave holds Qualiopi, the French national quality label for training providers.

When are the next sessions?

Dates are set with you. Request registration and we will arrange a 15-minute video call to choose your session.

What happens after the certification?

You receive your practitioner certificate and your own space on the BeHave platform to administer your tests. We check in with you 6 months later.
